Scabal at the Suzhou fair (China)

In preparation of it's future development in China, such as the opening of a Scabal store in Beijing in the second half of 2012, Scabal was very excited to join the first International Cultural & Design Industry Fair in China. It is intended to become a national professional exhibition in the field of cultural and creative design industry.

Famous entrepreneurs and representatives from financial institutes in the Yangtze River delta were invited to participate in the creative programs promotion conference.

Scabal presented it's Special Edition bunches, it's link with Dali, the Bespoken magazine, the collaboration with movies and personalities and a picture timeline illustrated it's history since 1938.

Suzhou is one of the oldest cities (504BC) in the delta of the Jangtsekiang (Eastern China) and has for centuries been bigger than Shanghai. Parts of the original city wall can still be seen. Today it's a highly industrialized city with the highest amount of international companies on it's territory. Water is so present that Suzhou is often referred to as "Venice of China" or "Venice of the East"
