Traditional Scottish tweeds with their textured weave and handwoven feel stand for country jacketings that with their brighter colours and good looks have also their place in the more formal atmosphere of the office. They offer many advantages, a sporty look with a distinguished pedigree, above average performance, durability and easy maintenance. Lighter, yet as sturdy as their ancestors, these jacketings are also more comfortable to wear. As an important innovation, Glenroy comes now in two width, the traditional half width of 71 cms.and quite new, handwoven in 150 cm. width on the request of many tailors who find it easier to tailor and more economical in use.
